Make 2 sliders for the protagonist: skin color, and fat. Skin color would just add color tint to the body model which is easy af in any engine, fat will be lazy scale on x and z axis. Oh and also add "straight/ gay" choice that will have literally zero impact on the game.
These choices will not affect your game in any way whatsoever and no one will ever use them (since sjw don't actually play the games they bash), but it will give you an auto immunity.
