Can I get confirmation from someone else, I don't want a wily GR fan hornswaggling me into a bad purchase. The demo struggles to keep 30fps and the v sync fucks the game out of being playable, it's not like that in the main game?

The full game is consistently 30 frames/second. You can read some of the online reviews to verify for yourself. If you've got a PS4 Pro, then you won't even have problems with some of the challenge missions (Poterie Doll) where there are over 100 NPCs running after Kat.
