Im curious how they are going to handle doing this considering how levels and difficulty changes throughout the game normally. will they just start you at a higher level in each game, will they try to give each game a normal difficulty progression, will they have players import saves from previous games?

>2028
What games? You mean alternate realities?

Ideally import save data from previous games.

If you start on episode 2 with no data they will probably give you a base level of experience, gear, and material.

Did you know back in the day pharmacies sold cocaine as an over the counter medicine and electronic shops sold games that you ran at home rather than on a server? Thank God we wised up and regulated that shit.

2028

I will be 39 and probably too busy for games...
We will all probably be streaming titles if internet conditions ever improve for all of america.

The only reason this isn't funny is your use of capslock.

Had it been all lowercase, I would have laughed, man! :/

America. Comcast is a bitch to live with.

People still complain about game size even when they're digital. I wouldn't mind a 100gb game if was worth it. I mean Fallout New Vegas is 10gb. But no 100gb ever seems to be as long as 10 FNVs.

2028 is silence, because humanity will destroy itself by then.

I’ll be 48. I hope to god I’m not still playing games unless it’s with my kids. And I sure as fuck hope I’m not still here.

>you will NEVER own a Okama Gamesphere

Why even live?

What do you mean buy games? I subscribe to Stadia and Xbox game pass and PSN and EA pass and Ubisoft pass and fuck me in the ass pass

>2028: Well, nearly a decade after it started, and my connection is STILL slow as shit when streaming games. I hate being an American, where telecommunications companies have lobbied congress to look the other way. When the rest of the world has high speeds and stable latency.

You clearly did not become wiser with your old age. My great grandparents were around your age when televisions were out, and they spent their past-time watching television.

God i hope so

If you haven't had kids by 40 i doubt you will unless you're a celebrity

Loosen up, not every post needs a serous purpose.

Where do you live?

I have comcast but we don't have a datacap

Half the length of new Vegas comes from rebooting after crashes.

>2028
Wow, things change with time, what a brilliant and original observation

man remember before the apocalypse when video games were a thing?

>2028
"Dad why did you download all those games when that takes up so much space? It's much easier to just stream it for most titles"

>equating file size to game length
