You can just leave them be, your inventory has no limit. You'd need to cycle through all possible gear on each character till they master it, so you need to carry a lot of items anyway.

That's how it is in recent Tales games. Armor/gear isn't displayed on characters, they have unique outfits instead, they change them depending on story events, and you also unlock extra ones via sidequests and DLC and can play dress up at anytime.

Ehh I dunno about that. It's good to innovate, but this looks nothing like a Tales game. Might as well be a new IP. Core elements of the franchise should always remain so it's recognizable and brings him as many fans as possible. Simple things like sound effects, enemy designs or battle systems go a long way if they remain but get polished.

The BIGGEST plothole in berseria, though, is why some demons are just reasonable people while the other 99% are just random monsters. Nothing shows that it's only immediately after transforming. Like the one who killed the paladin girl who's name I forgot's mother was still just a ogre after years having done that.
The whole demon business makes no sense. It just arbitraly have some that calm down and others who stay forever as demon, but the ones who calmed down(everyone in the main party) aren't really that good people to start with so you can't say they had some good in them.

And the solution for their issue was simple.

The solution to Daos was more complicated than the one to Inominat. They solved Inominat by shanking him and sealing him. They solved Daos by shanking him, giving him a mana seed to fix his planet, getting people to stop using mana superweapons, and healing the mana tree.

It actually looks pretty nice and will probably be the first Tales game I play since symphonia.

It sounds simpler when you don't mention all the asspulls necessary to "defeat Illuminat and seal him".
Daos was just a strong dude who had already been beaten once, the rest was to tell people around the world to stop killing the ecosystem.

They seemed to retain some of their humanity if one particlar motivation or emotion was strong enough. Overcoming the constant stress of combat situations might also give them some resistance to the onset of the blight

So they go to the spot and scare away the people living there. She also tells the panicking public to let the Abbey know that they're there in a bid to lure the last to Praetors there for her to kill before her time window closes.

Okay, so putting aside how freaking desperate of a plan that this is, and all the things that could go have gone wrong, like the Abbey sending a crapload of foot soldiers instead of the two Praetors she needed, or the chance that they could take too long to get the message and make the trip, the Abbey certainly seems to have dropped a digit or so of their IQ.

1) It was obviously a trap. This was so far from Velvet's MO that it wasn't even funny. So why the hell would they take such obvious bait? Especially since...

2) Innominat seemed to be going ahead with his plan without Velvet. It would probably be incomplete or whatever, but he clearly made up his mind to deal with it. I don't even think he had a choice, since Velvet was now all out of despair. Why send your two toughest guys away to such an obvious trap when you seem to have a guaranteed victory with or without the person you're risking everything for. And while he may not have known what exactly Velvet was planning...

3) Melchior DOES find out what exactly Velvet is planning. At this point, why not just leave? He could literally walk away, or at least bide his time to the point that it no longer mattered if Velvet beat him, then Innominat wins. Instead he fights them head on, two feet from where the sacrifice needs to be made, right before she needs to make it. Why? Even if he did win, it's not like he could haul Velvet back to Innominat before the Scarlet Night ended. There was nothing in it for any of them.

It's like Velvet needed everything to go right, and the Abbey was happy to ensure that it did.

Destiny is the only game in the series where the protags are 100% confirmed to hook up, kid and all. You would think Asbel and Cheria are confirmed too since that's obviously their kid at the end of the game but it's still just implied and people would rather put Asbel together with Richard anyway. I wish the current market wasn't most profitable by making any romance vague for fujos and waifu losers fantasies; they don't have to get married like Stahn and Rutee but it'd be nice if they got the same level of conformation I guess.
These are all solid choices, though you pro sbkt should play Xillia 1 before 2 just to know the characters and I also recommend Graces because I think it's fun. Avoid Zestiria (until you have decided you like the series enough to maybe try putting up with it).

If you like Tales gameplay then you'll like Rays since it basically that but for mobile. There's auto too for when you don't feel like playing and just want to grind. They give out gems pretty frequently as well as rerun banners a lot (including collabs) so if you can resist them when they come out then you don't have to worry too much about ever spending (though they do come out with good paid gem deals every once in a while). It's pretty straightforward to play without reading but personally I like the story a lot and would reccomend reading that and especially the skits/event stories if anything since fans are translating it. It's the only Tales crossover game where everyone does remember everything from the game they're from so it's lots of fun (and satisfying) to see certain characters interact.
