OP here, I played at 1080p on my current 1440p panel with my laptop before building my desktop. I don't think it looked to bad. Outside of games, everything else you do on your PC should look better at 1440p.

its a stand with built in cooling fans underneath works pretty well for a laptop that was never really meant to be portable, i take my shit tier laptop around the apartment and shitpost on it then when im in gaming mode i put her down right on the desktop and shitpost while waiting in the game lobby between deathmatches. Works pretty well for me so far, will upgrade soon though
