i7 920 meme. medium OC'd. and 12gb ram and no ssd

weird, my cpu is way shittier than that and my game runs fine
must be a major case of Works on My Machine

I'm using denuovo less Bethesda copy, it works fine, unless I alt tab.

1060 i5 4460 60fps high settings. seeing as you are a poor fag you probably are using a stock cpu cooler and probably getting thermal throttled.

I get same fps with the same gpu(8 GB) paired with a much weaker processor on the highest settings. Shouldn't you be getting better frames?

on firgirl site a guy with a i5/ 580 is getting 15fps

Game is pretty well optimized from what I've seen.
Check your temps. Disable vsync if you haven't already.

CPU doesn't really matter in this game. It's mostly GPU limited. FPS go up to 75-80s when just driving with no action.

75fps the whole way through for me, game looks really good, 1070ti though

i will upgrade it when ps5 comes out BUT keep in mind my shit > ps4

only games that gave me problems were ffxv, mankind divided, rage 2 and a couple more

I sort of get the opposite. 1060 6GB on the "High" preset minus AA (which is set to off) and forced 100% rendering resolution, fights drop hard frequently, especially melee attacks and explosions, those two absolutely tank the framerate for a moment. Really choppy experience.

Funny I get occasional stutters when driving . Infact that's the only time I get noticable frame drops. In open areas fps hits high 70s/low 80s.

maybe sometimes quick framedrops, but not really bad that it's really noticeable stuttering. probably depends on the area, that jungle region is more intense driving around than the desert.
for me it is quite consistent, maybe it's just again nvidia and vulkan = bad

Your gpu is literally worse than a base ps4 nigger. Just buy a 1060 for like $100 on ebay. You'd need a 1080ti to get significantly better performance than a ps5 next gen.

i was eyeing a 570 or 580...i prefer budget gfx cards since i dont care about 60fps memes and i play on a big screen tv that is only 1080p. i want best bang for buck
