Underrail has a lot of cyberpunk elements even if it isn't a typical cyberpunk setting.
System Shock 2
I'd like shadowrun so much more if I could just make my own party.
So hire some randoms instead of taking the story characters

Desert Child I think falls in the cyberpunk category. Beyond Good and Evil is a bit of a stretch but may scratch that itch a little.
Seeing this thread makes me realize how little cyberpunk games there are in the history of games. Anything other than what has already been listed is either really obscure or something indie.
Mirror's Edge Catalyst is very cyberpunk, the story is kinda lame but serviceable, the gameplay and environments are great though
>Satellite Reign
I hope they make another one someday that also doesn't run like shit. Top tier aesthetics and fun gameplay that somehow never gets too repetitive. Good shit.

10/10 taste
Forgot unimportant pic.
- Syndicate (including the Starbreeze's shooter with some of the best sound design ever)
- Wipeout series (fluff text about manufacturers backstabbing each other is genuinely entertaining to follow)
- Hard Reset (entertaining shooter)
The SNES version of Shadowrun is a very good game. I'd really like to see a modern recreation of it complete with the real time isometric combat.
