If anything, that says that the game wasn't irredeemable trash because you are willing to go through the whole experience again
I wish I could play these games again for the first time:
Metal gear solid
Zelda
Dark souls
Yakuza
Final Fantasy 7
Baldur's Gate
Devil may cry (except for 2)
Sekiro
Bloodborne
The old Resident Evil games
You just admitted to being a contrarian faggot.
It means the game is irredeemable trash because it doesn't hold up on replays and you only enjoyed it because of its novelty
That's how singleplayer games work.
>"it gets good 20 hours in"
Or that you enjoyed the process of discovery in the early game and want to have that feeling again, after you have discovered/mastered all of the game's mechanics. You want to do it all over again because of how good it was. I feel this way even with games that have excellent replayability. Caves of Qud, for example.
garbage
>Caves of Qud is garbage
