Just force yourself to autistically main one champ until you get bored with them. You'll be unable to play anything else by that time because you'll be super high rank and have only limited capacity to play other champs.

I lost about five years of my life after getting seriously addicted to this. Please don't follow in my footsteps and play something else. You eventually only get a rush of dopamine whenever you win and the rest of the time is spent either in queue, laning on autopilot, or flaming. Avoid league.
