But when I went back to Fallout 3 there were very few weapons to play that style with and the game forced me to get close and personal with them and dealing with mutant overlords is a bitch if you don't take full advantage of the crippling system.

Fallout 3 made me fall in love with the dart gun for it's crippling power and the fact I can snipe endgame level enemies and kill them with it is some of the most fun I've ever had.

I'm just going to fucking say there aren't enough /m/ vidya games out there. Yeah Giant robots are cool as fuck and easily sell me on the product that's being put out but most mecha games fail to tackle the political nature of the genre. Most games tend to go for the flashy spectacle of big robos duking it out with lasers and swords and shit and that's nice and all but what about the people who fight in the suits. Why do they fight? Why did man seek to create such weapons of destruction? To what ends do they hope to reach with this conflict? Usually the answer is BAD GUY BAD AND GOOD GUY MUST DEFEAT BAD. So far the politically grey heights of Gundam and the existential heights of Eva have yet to even be scratched in the /m/ vidya sphere and to that I must say is truly a shame.

Dart gun was a craft-able item from schematics that required a Toycar,radscorpion poison gland,srurgical tubing and paint gun to craft.

It had poison effect as well as the ability to instantly cripple all legs of any enemy it hit. It also had one of the lowest damages in the game and some of the lowest AP cost to use and it made it really enjoyable to just hide somewhere and head snipe high level motherfuckers while the shamble towards you in retaliation.

You could also use it to shoot weapons out of enemies hands and it would hardly damage the weapons condition.

Dart Gun is fucking OP if you get creative with it.

I liked Dragon Marked for death even though there's some bullshit attacks like the Ogre Prince LV35+ Fire. You can easile dodge it with Warrior, shinobi and even Witch but with Empress you gotta use her R button attack at the right time close to him so she can crouch during the animation and avoid it. At higher levels, you fuck the timing = you're dead. Still a good game, even though it's grindy as fuck at times for gear.
