They literally have no choice.
Literally no major studio gives a fuck about trannies and their opinion. However a large population of normies is brainwashed into thinking they have to be tolerant and supportive of trannies, so that's why if trannies are upset about something those normies feel the need to care about them and be upset and whatever upsets the trannies. Upsetting those normies will mean losing a lot of sales.
CDPR doesn't give a single fuck about trannies. They're most likely annoyed by them and wished they would fuck off. However they can't upset a large majority of the normies because it's a big budget game and they need to get all the sales they can.
So shitting on CDPR for doing this is pointless.
