We already know they aren't allowed to have the CGs for anything bigger than a B-cup, nor oppai janken and oppai appraisal. It'll need to be different also the song has the word omega in that so that'll need to be taken out to fit the title sequence. Or maybe that's too hard and they'll just remove it entirely.

It's mainly for the Japanese audience, they tried to have an OL come out west but got fucked hard and most countries banned it. A-E is their way around that since most countries have a "if it isn't releasing here it doesn't exist" mentality.
