In terms of owning it, Steam is the only digital platform that I think gets the closest to owning your games. If their DRM fails, you can always crack it relatively easily, and a good portion of their games are DRM free. With GOG, you straight up just own it.

But I dunno, I'm not a massive fan of digital.
