Why is it worth playing?
I 100% new vegas and F3 a long time ago when I was a teenager and man I feel like I wasted my time but everyone I think at one point or the other tries out a completionist lifestyle at least once.
Prey, VTMB, Deus EX OG or NU, Dead rising 1 and 2,Nioh, Battle brothers is okay, or Darkest dungeon if you wanna sink 50 hours into something.

Bout to replay Dark Souls 2. Stuck on trying to figure out a name like always.

Yea I know what you mean, when the gf left me and I had a lull in my work schedule at uni I started playing MGSV and 100% in 131 hours. Now I'm doing Ground Zeroes and it's way more annoying to 100% than PP, but at least it's shorter... only 2 achievements left, then idk.

About to finish the Main Story Quest for FFXIV, but wondering if my time is better spent in WoW.

Kingdom come Deliverance is weird...I mean I really liked the game and nothing feels quite like it. Its honestly the best coming of age game I can think of and I recommend it to any young man. Its a game that I really dislike but also really like at the same time. Kinda like life lmao.

I got friends in FFXIV yeah, but they're only gonna be playing Shadowbringers, which I'm not sure I'll be ready for in time.

I only just picked up this MMO like, 2 weeks ago, because I was in the mood for an MMO. Tried out WoW and FFXIV and ended up going with the latter. I don't think I'll make a habit out of it, but it's nice to play, and I really like the concept of dungeons/raids.

Tried to continue my first KOTOR 2 playthrough earlier. Decided against it when I saw how much dialogue I need to do with my party members right now. It's a little too late at night for that. I don't like getting into a lot of dialogue or story stuff when I only have 90 minutes or so before I need to start trying to go to sleep.

Rune factory is Harvest Moon but with fighting in it.

Yea KOTOR2 is a time commitment. And the intro is like the first 20 hours of the game. Not even kidding. Try taking a break for a while or play Other older games like VTMB or Old deus ex. They are more grounded in reality and are easier to get into because of it.

Thankfully, I've actually finished that part. I've done one planet and *finally* got a lightsaber. It's pretty ridiculous how long they make you wait to get a lightsaber. I thought KOTOR 1 took a bit too long, but this is even worse. It doesn't help that they fucking tease you with it by showing you your character's old lightsaber but not giving it to you. Dick move, Obsidian.

Apparently I made a bit of a mistake by going to Korriban first, though. It looks like you're intended to go there later on, because the enemies there all had ridiculous bonuses to their saves against Force powers, which is a major problem if you're playing a Consular like I am. The final boss fight in the cave was a major pain in the ass.

In a way, though, I'm glad I did Korriban first. I feel like if you're playing a game as a Jedi, the game doesn't really start until you get a lightsaber. Korriban was also relatively light on plot. So now I get to play the more plot-heavy planets as a full Jedi.

I did cheat to give myself a silver crystal, though, because it looks really good and fuck relying on RNG to give me one.

Nar Shaddaa gets you your first lightsaber the fastest

I've heard that, but like I said, I'm glad I got it out of the way on a planet that didn't have too much plot going on. Most of Korriban actually wasn't too bad, because Handmaiden and the customized sword I gave her were very effective at killing everything. The problem was the cave, where you have to go in alone, and for some reason your Force points don't regenerate except for when you complete one of the segments.

The Jedi you're looking for there is the one in the trial scene who wanted to tell you what fucked you up, so I figured it would make sense, in-character, to want to find her first.

That's probably necessary to make the game winnable, considering the godawful companion AI that refuses to follow queued commands (or sometimes even single commands) if you switch to controlling another party member.

Just know that nothing you do can save you in the infamous rooftop battle.
