yes, like how Contra ripped off from Aliens.

E1M1 is just Master of Puppets. It was a different time, man.

there is a doom thread already up

then, WHAT IS
THE CACODEMON

so? What are you, a pretend janny?
Does it say doom thread anywhere, tard?

Like D&D wasn't first to plagiarize something. Mindflayers were copied from Cthulhu mythos

FUCKING WRONG! Everybody gets this shit wrong. It's No Remorse, not MOP.

And some of the tracks in Doom are just Pantera and Slayer midis

imagine being so autistic you actually felt the need to type this

Yet WotC pretend they invented it and consider it their product identity.

Larxene is a shit and you have shit taste.

Ok show me your taste then. Go on,show me what it is like to be a good taste haver.

>why don't you fuck and never come back

and some of the guns in Doom are just sprites of real guns

Yes, and some of the most iconic DND monsters were directly stolen from chink made plastic "dinosaur" minis that were probably swiped from obscure nip kaiju franchise.
Good ideas are stolen.

Why is Dr. Strange there?

not him but if we're gunna waifu-fag then this is god-tier design right here

Well final fantasy XIV has a LITERAL FUCKING MINDFLAYER IN IT HOW THE FUCK ARE THEY NOT BEING SUED WTF

Attached: Mind_pic_1.png (757x885, 873K)

He came to bargain.

fun fact: Any creature with basis in ancient folklore is considered public domain in name and appearance

The inspiration for illithids come from germanic folktales, and are, as such, public domain and anyone may use them in any capacity they please.

Because Lovecraft is public domain enough so that people who ape Cthulhu's design can't copyright the concept of psychic squid men.

Then again, japs rip off Beholders all the time somehow.

Absolutely yikes and go have sex pilled.

Instead of a hot air balloon, you were supposed to travel between worlds in Spyro via a Viking boat.

Very cute

Supposedly there was also going to be two more worlds, a machinist world and an aquifer world.
You can see the prototypes for the machinist world in Gnasty's world.

Shit like this is why I hate getting half-assed remasters instead of actual remakes that try new stuff. I would've loved to play a fresh version of Spyro 1 with different worlds and actual boss battles.

The zombies sprite are all based on doom guy, except chain gunner who is a chunked up doom guy

And the Pinky was modeled after a toy dinosuar and you can still see the toy's stripes on it's legs in the sprites

CACA. HEHE POOPY.

The entire plot of the movie Avatar is ripped off Unreal.

Ok. What are you gonna do about it, nerd?

when the similarity starts and ends with tentacle mouth, it seems far from comparable to the what OP states.
not to mention that the image you use differs very much from the early illustrations of cthulhu, as does the earliest depiction of a mind flayer;
the element of the crime of plagiarization is not just vague similiarity, but extensive similarity, like the image in OP shares with the original cacodemon.
