steam already admitted the normal steam DRM is utterly useless, and that they dont really care about it
Its up to devs to add a third party DRM such as Denuvo.
If you dislike DRM, you can still buy it on steam and disable the steam DRM with minimal effort, so your end product is just like GOG's.
