By making it actually new content. Paying money for the same shit is difficult to justify personally, but N Sane added relics and CTR's adding new tracks (which don't fucking suck) so it's an easier sell.

I like Slide Coliseum even though it's not the most exciting track, it's better than fucking Coco Park. Out of Time was a cool track as well, and Blizzard Bluff is A-tier at least. Every grand prix comes with a free track. You earn nitro (experience) by completing challenges. The more nitro you have, the more rewards you unlock. When the season is over, anything you didn't unlock becomes available in the pit stop. The track remains playable.
