this demo looked so bad that i'm inclined to think there was some kind of corporate meddling involved to get this demo out. the demo wasn't just regular mediocre/bad, it was "this is broken as fuck and we shouldn't be showing it yet" levels of bad. the boomers in suits who make these kinds of calls don't realize that a bad demo is worse than no demo at all.
