If Doomguy got in, he'd had his 2016 Slayer look with original classic look at alt.
Or Sakurai goes above and beyond and uses his Doom Eternal look and kit, including grappling hook, in which case he'll have either no alts, or classic alt with a grappling grafted on.
Or, and this option seems the most likely to me,
no Doomguy in Smash
