Love the dude but he also thought the later albums were among his best. He once cited Wild Mood Swings as a personal top 5 Cure album. Now, I do like me some Bloodflowers and even the S/T but we'll see if it stacks up to the likes of Disintegration, Pornography and Faith. If It Can Never Be The Same got recorded then I have hope, easily the best song he's written post-Bloodflowers that we know of.
