You shouldn't, retards think they're a good company but it's just marketing, they're relatively small compared to other AAA studios so it works for them, but as soon as they get too big they'll go for money like everyone else.
Sure they'll do it a lot slower because their audience is much more likely to boycott because they've used these marketing tactics, but they slowly will.

The only reason DRM free is a thing at all is because denuvo and other invasive DRMs. If those didn't create such a mass hate for DRM going for the "good guy DRM free" company marketing tactic wouldn't be nearly as profitable for them.

All 3 Witcher games had DRM on their launch day physical edition, Witcher 2 had Securom and 3 had a download to make the physical version playable gog.com

At first they said the physical PC version would be a download code but now the website says "case with game discs", if it is an actual physical copy I'll buy it but I highly doubt it based on the Witcher games' launch day physical editions. If it gets a proper physical Complete/Enhanced edition for PC like the Witcher games then I'll buy it
