I know half main cast is graduating and is why they kept on stalling it with dimension warps, but it didn't stop them from making babu be main heroine. Just get some new senrans and have the other ones be cameo.

If I remember right, I believe there was a poll in Japan a few years ago, and players there preferred the Versus games over Burst and DC (I for the life of me can't seem to find it right now though, maybe someone here has a link). This might have been why Marvelous never went back to the SK2 style of game and has been on this long tangent of not really progressing the story much, but I agree with you that it might be the best way to go and I hope SK7 delivers on that despite the development difficulties that have been imposed on it. Even if the series is dead after 7 releases, I might feel a little OK about if if 7 at least has a good sendoff.

Sony didn’t kill shit. The series was already on a decline after Renewal flopped. It’s at a point where even the nips got tired of their laziness and the yumi pandering.

A proper physical release for PC if enough people ask Xseed. Xseed said they will give their games physical releases on PC if enough people ask. I already did my part by emailing them and emphasized that a download code doesn't count.

I think its not just nips but everyone. It's kind of tiring playing on the same maps from the Versus games with largely the same exact combat with pretty similar unlockables.

Did you play burst? If not, try it as a fun prequel story. If you have, only get it if you need your SK fix, and even then there's probably better games.

I have it on PS4 as well, and it's pretty good despite it bombing nearly everywhere. The game is a step up from EV with more forgiving parry timing and attack areas so you know where to dodge.

The only annoyances are that the in-game shop is lacking andparries into aerial raves are really annoying against bosses (you get it via leveling up but you can't turn it off) since you don't have aerial ninja arts to take advantage of them.

Other than those, it's a fun trip down memory lane with a modern twist if you played the original or a good intro to the series.
