The woman in the Ninja Theory game uses a motorized wheel which is essentially one a battle version of those motorized shopping carts. You'll see countless women her size using them, bumping into things aisle to aisle if you live in a certain country like me. It's a really funny parody of this real life aspect.
Taking a fat woman and making them as aesthetically perfect as can be is an impossible fantasy, just because Japanese people make them with none of the features they actually have in reality doesn't make fatness better. That's why I like the Ninja Theory character design, it's a realistic design just with an over the top form of combat.
