Give me an excuse to build a new pc
Speccy Thread
i have more ram
I didn't know they made 4GB 1070s.
>security hole processor
>8GB RAM
that's a good reason
It's ok, you have better pc than 70% of latin america
>Sandy Bridge
>8GB DDR3 ram
Yikes
PS5 and Scarlett will be more powerful than your computer when they release next year.
thats just speccy being dumb
>Incel
How's mine looking?
>DPI scaling at 1080p
gross
no buli
Based or cringe?
I want a Ryzen 3 x570 system so badly.
(Ignore the 4GB VRAM, I have 8GB of VRAM)
I hate summer
>3GB of VRAM
It's 12. Unsure why it says 3.
/2500K/ chads ww@
Those are actually the only 2 parts of my pc that i haven't upgraded since i bought my prebuilt in 2011. I dont want to upgrade them and just wait until i can justify building a brand new pc
why a 1600x with a 2080ti?
yikes
It actually works plenty fine enough. I can run near everything at 4K max settings 60fps. The only game that doesn't perform well is AC Odyssey and
>Ubisoft
>Porting an AC game to PC in any optimized form
got nothing against that processor, its just so out of a 2080ti league
guess bottleneck at 4k is from the card not cpu?
Did some budgeting recently.
>$100 a month into my emergency fund until it gets to $5,000
>$560 a month into my investments
>Only $560 a month towards my new PC to play Cyberpunk.
>Don’t want to play it on my Xbox because I want more than 2fps
>I go back to school and stop getting payed at the end of July so i won’t be able to afford the PC by the time the game comes out.
I’ll join you eventually, bros.
It is, but I'm at the point financially right now where I COULD afford a new one, but...I'd rather not until my games start running like shit, ya feel?
Nah, nothing like that. Odyssey was ported using AMD and barely runs better on AMD cards. They put 0 care into their ports. It's disgusting. And such a waste.
yeh that game runs like shit, such a shame. Well you got a nice setup you should be happy
I haven't been able to update my PC for a while.
When I reboot, the update freezes at 30%.
Even reinstalled windows and it still doesn't work.
I got everything for cheap. Judge me.
Thanks, I'm pretty happy with it. Here's hoping the next one has NVIDIA support. They make such gorgeous environments, I'd kill to see them take advantage of raytracing and dlss
That's the same card I got before I got the 2080 TI. And for cheap? You got yourself a great setup, friend
>he doesn't have an optical drive
Winfags
I swear I clicked op...nothing personal. thanks user.
Also, cpu is a 2600x. Speccy's being an asshole again.
pedoweebs
Stay seething, cuck
>16gb single channel
You should set it to dual channel, you have your memories placed wrong.
fix that and its pretty ryzen based
The CPU is outdated for sure. New Ryzen 3000 series would probably give ~60-70+% IPC boost to it on single threads alone.
Is the monitor really 30 hz? 120/144hz monitor upgrade if so.
GPU is ~470/570 tier, so not too bad.
cringe
i want to upgrade soon so i can play borderlands 3 at 60 fps also got a sweet deal on the monitor
Has there been any improvements from the 1903 update?
I plan on making a game on this by the way.
1903 fixes windows scheduler for Ryzen cpus
Yes, that's why I'm asking the user if he noticed anything.
Go fuck your waifu pillow, freak.
Storage is two 970 Pros in Raid 0
i7-2600 is bottlenecking your GPU by about 15-20% depending on the title you're playing.
H61 chipset means you're restricted to SATA 300 which means your SSD speed is effectively halved too.
8GB is the bare minimum these days and RAM is cheap as peanuts right now so go get some 16GB goodness.
The i7-2600 is still good, but with all the security flaws as of late I'm worried about the implications of hyperthreading being disabled by more software in the near future.
No reason to if it's doing what you need it to.
you alive user? did you fix your memory yet?
It thought my 2TB external was a SSD too.
I wish that's the case
CPU is an 8700k
I'm planning on upgrading to an i5 9400
Just did it.
I got too lazy and placed it in the wrong slot. Thanks for saying something or I would've gone another week before noticing it.
>not having at LEAST 5TB
pathetic
I have a 2TB drive in my PC, but I have a lot of drives in my desk.
4x500GB
4x1TB
2x4TB
Most of these are redundancies though, so total usable storage not including my desktop is 7TB.
sup
Stop using speccy
I am ready for your rage. Pls be gentle
I want to punch you in the dick
:(
>finewine FX
based but its time to upgrade that cpu
get divorced and lose all your shit, normalfag
