A native speaker would still have an accent though. If she spoke Italian and not Italian accented (if you wanna call it that) English, you'd have a point. Maybe they went for a less stereotypical approach with her. That's also a possibility. But even when a character is supposed to be less stereotypical, I've never heard an Italian character roll their "r" outside of speaking actual Italian (or Italian sounding gibberish). I understand that they didn't want to go for the "bappidi boppodi" bouncy accent but this, to me, doesn't, sound very Italian. Every accent has distinct traits like inflection, bounciness, swing, accented letters, glotton stops etc, and Isabella isn't ticking those traits in her speech; at least not for what would be considered an Italian accent. I might be wrong though when her character bio is shown, but for now, I'm just not hearing it.

You don't need to know what the challenges are yet, just what the grand prix entails. No one knows what the challenges are yet except for people working on programming them. Best you can get is by looking at the game's achievement/trophy listing and having a general idea of what they already can easily support. Expect a lot of them to simply be "win races" "take shortcuts" "maintain long boosts" "get lots of miniturbos" and "do trickshots with weapons"

It's a mobage event, you complete missions to get event points those event points give you goodies ranging from coins to skins to cart gear and then eventually characters. Only positive part to add to this is if you miss out on the event the stuff goes to the in-game shop where you spend coins to get the stuff.

They aren't necessarily BAD but they are painfully average after the high that was the ND-made trilogy and CTR.
There was a serious case of cover-band syndrome until Twinsanity came along and shook things up but the game was unfinished and rushed through production. Then CTTR just went off the rails with the characterization and wackiness. Then Radical Entertainment took a plunge off the deep end with the series reboot that killed the fucking franchise.

i personally like the games, but you would probably not enjoy them.

People are always so willing to overlook it but Twinsanity started the aggravating changes in characterization even if it wasn't near as obnoxious as the Radical games got.

CNK is okay, if you weren't too good at CTR. The physics and controls are a little off. Wrath of Cortex at least plays like a traditional Crash game, but it apes hard from Warped, and its a bit floaty. The rest of them are not traditional crash games, so unless you have a strong personal attachment to the franchise, I'd say no.

They were decent enough for their time, especially Twinsanity, but that's about the only one.

I actually don't even recommend CNK over CTTR, because the remake covers that and in CTTR you're at least getting a new game, with lots of content and funny shit to uncover, though the humor can be a bit unsettling.
