I'm legit worried guys. I wasn't expecting the combat to be great but it looks plain bad right now. During their streams they said they still haven't decided on making weapons throwable or permanent and I don't know if nine months are enough at this point to get the game done.

Beckett was the only character that actually existed outside the game, and only reason for that is because he's the original protagonist of WOD. I imagine you start off as a Thinblood via the mass embrace, then diablerize a proper clan member a generation above you, at which point you change physically and can assume a new identity like a lot of vampires too.

Which I'm totally fine with. I mean, it wouldn't take much to have the pronouns thing in there; just swap out the audio. But, mark my words, there will still be male and female body outfits; pre-orders only have one outfit per body type. So you can't have a female body and wear the Jack outfit.

I like the atmosphere and visuals and don't mind if the animations aren't AAA material. The writing and characters don't seem very interesting though, and the gameplay looks bad. VTMB wasn't exactly a king of gameplay but the flaws are a lot more noticeable in 2019. Also it really sucks that Nosferatu didn't make it in. I'd trade any of the clans for it.
