His individual dialogues were great, but mostly improvised.
His actual written character was a meandering mess and the Pre-Sequel only confused him further.

desu I wanted to be Turret man because turrets are my vidya fetish but they suck ass in like every game so I didn't bother.
I put points into that skill because my headshot aim is bad so I thought the chance to still deal some damage would be nice, pretty early in the game though I think.
The inaccuracy stacks sounded bad to me since all my guns have terrible aim right now. I'll try it though.
To me it sounded like a skill that would really bloom mid or late game with AoE guns.
