Playable Zelda

more zelda ass and actual dungeons with soul, they are more likely to find the rare or weak souls in this game. There is also a slight amount of more powerful bosses in the game, but it is much, much rarer for one to drop out at any given time. It's also not as rare as in the actual game when one is hunting for the souls, which is a good thing in most fights. There are a few more bosses to defeat, however. If one wants a good run on this game, watch out for how it is actually designed, as I'll talk more about how to beat dungeons later.

You know what everyone complained about in the previous game? No Zelda-style dungeons, no item unlocks, etc.? You know that stuff? Don't do that.
BOTW wasn't a good game despite not having those things, it was good because of it.

You're alone here. The majority hated the audio for BOTW.

Another way of putting it, you should be asking for more things that break away from the Zelda formula, don't ask for backtracking.

Don't know if it's weeks long, but watch dogs legion has that. All npcs have very long and detailed routines and schedules

That's pretty cool. I was just thinking of MM with it's detailed 3 day schedule, but, routines are great. Makes each day feel a little more special than just some guy being outside when the sun's up and inside when the sun's down, with no deviation

I hope this is an MM situation where it takes all the BoTW assets and just remixes and condenses it.

They should do it like minecraft, just ambient environmental sounds most of the time but occasional songs. At least once every couple of days.
In fact I'm sure you could do some pretty cool shit if you did things like increasing the chance of a song playing based on things like how close the player is to the top of a mountain, or how close the time is to sunrise/sunset. That way the music would play while you were at scenic areas

BOTW sound design and music is pure pleb filter

The Divine Beasts were better designed than most 3D Zelda dungeons.

I actually want them to remove the Sheikah Slate and instead give Link cool magical powers.
Have harder enemies with better movesets that require you to be clever. Maybe remove flurry rush or whatever it was called.
Add underground exploration. Caves and tunnels and underground ruins acting like dungeons.
Maybe have actual important items this time that are optional but still have their uses and don't break.

Sound design was superb, what are you talking about?
The soundtrack might not have been the best besides some pretty good compositions but that doesn't make the excellent sound design any less good.

In-human reaction time is canonically his 'power', like mipha's healing, ravali's gale, etc.
He was beating trained swordsmen at age six.

Going straight to Ganon at the start of BOTW is tricky, but totally doable. I hope the next game lets you play out of sequence, but makes it a real ordeal to fight the end boss too soon.

Make new stuff. Gorons are as 'staple' to Zelda as dungeon items were, ie they are just lazy conventions.
By fleshed out worldbuilding I mean for example getting a payoff, such as a mural, text lore inscription, or creative environmental storytelling, at the end of the canyon temple near Hebra, instead of just another copy-paste Shrine.
