Beat Saber. Incorporates more of your body than most rhythm games. DDR might compete for that but I think Beat Saber does more. More body used more you feel the music.

Serious rhythm games a ridicolous time and effort commitment unsuitable to anyone new. Reason for which I unironically recommend trying osu!mania, see if you like it, then eventually move on to something better.
I guess it's worth it in the long run, but it's not just something you can pick up on a whim.
