I've never played the Battlefield campaigns and the newest COD has no singleplayer. But Infinite Warfare's campaign i'd really reccomend. Some very impressive setpieces and large scale outer space warfare battles with futuristic spaceships and such with that one. WW2 was kind of meh to me compared to it.

DESU i always liked the campaigns of BF and COD (at least I played BF3, BF4 campaigns and had a blast, the Hardline campaign was kinda shit though) and for COD I loved the Black Ops and Ghost campaigns and I think I only played Advanced Warfare but that was about it. I'm alright with 4K, we just need the consoles to move to next gen so the big cross platform games are built to spec with them in mind, pretty much everything is constrained in having to also run on 2013 hardware too which really limits the full potential of the resolution. The reson most spec programs show half the advertised speed is because they're displaying the actual clock speed, which is always half what DDR memory advertises. DDR stands for double data rate, which means the memory transfers data on both the rising and falling edge of the clock. The clock runs at 1600MHz, you transfer data at an effective clock speed of 3200MHz. If I was him, though, I'd check the XMP profile, because 3200MHz RAM should be running much closer to 1600MHz. It kind of looks like his is running at 3000MHz. Also, what the fuck is wrong with having multiple storage devices? Do you just throw yours out when you buy new ones?

When it comes to 4K and HDR, Sea of Thieves actually really impressed me. I played it a few days ago and the way the sea refracts the sunlight and glimmers looks amazing at that resolution with HDR enabled. It's really captivating to look at. If you have a nice 4k set with HDR I recommend hooking it up at least once to run a PC HDR enabled game at 4k on it to check it out. I have a console with HDR (PS4 PRO) and for some reason the quality of HDR (color mapping, brightness and such) on PC is just so much of a higher quality.

Sea of Thieves was actually something I tried and it looks absolutely gorgeous, but the game is an absolute bore by myself. Constantly running between a map and the wheel was the basic gist of my gameplay. I'll try out what you said though.

I would highly recommend Samsung QFN, RU8000, Q60R for PC gaming on a TV. The only sad part is it supports only 120hz on HDMI 2.0 connection but the fact is the HDR looks awesome on these sets with a PC hooked up to it if you want to game from the couch.

I agree with you on the gameplay front. It does become a really monotonous game and seems really bare bones, but damn did the visuals and fidelity of it amaze me. I've also heard good things about Forza Horizon 4 and it's image quality and HDR.
