I managed by using the train to heal my agents mid work and by having an agent with an ego gift that gives bonus to instinct work.

Child is pretty close, since his EGO Gift is constant HP regen, and lets you train an agent on him all day without drawback besides the initial attempt without the pebble.
Other than that, Ice Queen's dope because she doesn't murder people holding a pebble if they decide to ignore the crybaby for 2 seconds.

I did gebura suppression using shelter. Took me almost an hour because nothing there and slime keeps fighting each other and the only thing that damages her is blue star.
The only reason I kept going at it was because gebura was able to suppress apoc bird.

It's kinda funny how few pale weapons we have, to the point the rainbow weapons equal the amount of pale weapons. Makes sense though since almost nothing resists pale, and is usually 2.0 weak to it.

Idk about you but when I rushed him with a bunch of guys he swung twice (blocked by red shields) and then kinda kneeled over for a few seconds, so died before anything happened. The fight is literally a dps rush.
It takes a long time and you need the right kinds of abnormalities. Blue Star or Nothing There can do it alone, while Silent Opera can make it way worse to deal with. Generally it will take about an hour do do, so it's a safe way to do it afk, but you can't just do it and move on.

Repression and Insight are both common on it, and since it doesn't have a justice check, you can grind out attachment+insight on something like the snow queen, and snowball the fuck out of your justice the next day (even though there's easy justice trainers too like Der Shootman)
I think the next one I was thinking of is WhiteNight, but I'm unsure. 3 counters is a nice buffer considering you'll be working on him a lot anyway.
I think they did a lot to make keeping and working on him something worth doing. Like his weapon and armor being powered up, having the highest PE box income, healing the whole facility or department on good/normal result respectively.

Start completing those upper level missions then, and start with Hod if possible.
For the 4 different abnormals, what can breech? For Ordeal of Dusk, you'll have to group up your units depending on how mediocre your gear is to fight them off.

micromanage using dudes with canons, or rifles, have them enter a room right behind it, so the moment they spawn they are within shooting range, while still able to leave the room instantaneously because they havent moved away from the door. take a single shot, then bitch out before it REEES at them

I have access to no core suppression missions for nos it seems.
They all ask me, for example, to "Clear Hod Mission 5".

Not much of my anomalies can breach, but it should be doable. I just need to avoid the annoying ones like the little bird.

I'd say the most annoying one is Violet Midnight, because it's a game of microing multiple teams, pause is your friend.
The other two are very easy cheesy, but Amber is the most tedious since you have to wait for the worms to appear in safe to ambush areas like Control, Security, and Training.

I love this game but christ some of these missions are so fucking tedious. I spent 2 hours rolling amber midnight FOUR times in a row, and two of them also had amber dusk. These fucking worms literally spawn faster than you can kill them, and when you try to split your employees there's always someone dying to these fat fucks because you had your eyes off them for 2 seconds.

she acts like she has a long range weapon regardless of what attack she is doing, so if you have a dude engage her with a long range ego at max distance, she will never move closer. the only thing that could hit your dude is Burrowing hevan, which she only uses it a third of the time, and even then, her ai is so buggy she throws it in the opposite direction 50% of the time.

give a dude a long range aleph ego, slap on mound of happy cadavers suit, and maby get KoD blessing and/or galixy childs stone/ ego gift. and you can send a single dude to take care of her entire 2nd-3rd phase with 0 risk.

The last time I did a reset was when I failed Yesod's suppression at the last minute, QoH had breached at Q5 because I forgot to kill some clerks for her so I tried to just rush to Q6 to end the day but somehow when I wasn't paying attention I lost about 100 energy during Q5 and I still have no idea how it happened

those are all tools (meaning no gear) and the one ending in 86 you want to AVOID

The tool with 86, is very 50/50 if it's going to be useful or a detriment to you. If you can keep up with its mechanic it may be useful, but for many others like me it forever stays in the memrepo bin.
If you want to get that one out of the way, pick it up and see if you like how it works or not. May want to memrepo at some point regardless though if you're desperate for good abnormals, especially if you're filling up Control with stuff right now.

It didn't stop working.
The game memory leaks out the ass, the longer you have it open the laggier it becomes/the longer loading takes. Just because loading looks like its stuck doesn't mean it actually is. I had to wait like 3 minutes once for a day to finish but it did finish in the end.

Because the stats are as followed going from top left going all the way to bottom right
Fortitude (The Red One) is your HP, Prudence (The White One) is your sanity, Temperance (The Purple One) is how good you do your job at a base level, and lastly there is Justice (The Blue One) which affects combat skill. Keep in mind that Temperance is not your only factoring success when working with an abnormality, but you also each Abnormality has a preferred work which corresponds with the level the agent's specific stat. Instinct to Fortitude, Insight to Prudence, Attachment to Temperance, and Repression to Justice

I'm just fucking glad it doesn't get affected by Qliphoth Meltdowns so I don't have to force a spare employee into it. I can just leave it alone forever. That's the only good thing about this that I can tell. Is there more to it or is that the gimmick? Just "put someone in, kill them for free PE Boxes"?

When the day starts just pause, start sending your strongest troops (or the rabbits) after her, and use everyone else to deal with every single one of her meltdowns. The abnos should be top priority.

I beat her with 0 deaths so she's doable.

It's good to grind on them when you can to get certain EGO gifts which can give bonuses to your agents or to just increase their stats based on which work you used on the monsters
