Banjo is a fine inclusion, he as a character is identified by his ways of moving around in a 3-D collectathon platformer, which makes a perfect moveset for him in a game like smash. Steve would be fucking stupid because they'd have to make there own unique moveset that would boil down to "Hey it's like that thing in minecraft"

I think Steve would be a great addition.

Mainly since he'd have a unique recovery with ender pearls. An inventory which switches between potions, flame charges, and crossbow would be pretty neat. I don't think building would make a lot of sense but I could definitely see him Using water buckets, flint and steel, TNT, and cobwebs as a form of stage control.
