E3 is fucking dead. No fucking wonder Sony pulled out. Even those trans-niggers managed to lift the sheets over everyone else to reveal they had fuck-all to show.

Between Nintendo, Devolver, Limited Run, Kinda Funny, and Konami, this E3 was awesome. A-, minimum.

It was the best show even because their show was "games,games,games,games,games,games" and not "game, long speech about inclusivity, game, long speech about awesome community, game"

I'll give you that contra looked awful and smash DLC is nothing to get too terribly excited about.

But Switch had some nice stuff in their lineup. I liked the new platinum game, weegee mansion 3 looked comfy I have kids, they'll love it and I can coop with them. I love Seiken Densetsu 3 and am glad it's finally coming to the west officially, Demon x Machina, Panzer Dragoon looked mite b cool, and I'll probably enjoy No More Heroes 3.

Teaser for a sequel to BotW was just icing on the cake.

Xbox shows some good stuff but none of it sells me a console because none of it is exclusive. Nintendo manages to convince me that it'd be worthwhile to get one of their consoles because I won't find these games on PC (though I did learn Seiken Densetsu 3 will come to PC and PS4)

Ghostwire has my attention, but I know nothing about how it plays yet. The FF7 presentation was somewhat impressive, more interested than I was before. Excited about new No More Heroes, but again, no gameplay. Was happy to see more of Daemon X Machina and Astral Chain. Pretty mediocre year.

Nintendo has SD3 remake as well as localization so it wins by default.

Wasn't crazy for BoTW. It's not a bad game, but I would've preferred a more traditional Zelda game with actual dungeons and better combat.

still, it was a previously unannounced game (I expected more DLC more than I expected a direct sequel) and BOTW was highly regarded by most people. It's one of my favorite games of all time, but I also really like TES games so I'm biased towards open worlds and exploration.

Is it just me, or was the Kinda Funny showcase actually pretty damn good? Sure, the host guy (who was actually the same guy from the EA presentation) reeked of reddit-tier humor. But the actual indie games they were showing looked fun as hell. And the host guy wasn't even really that obnoxious.
