it's worth playing, sure. the core gameplay loop is there and it's fun.
but it is early access so don't be mad when you don't have a finished product.
If you enjoyed the first one then yes, it's kinda more of the same with z axis thrown in the loop
it's got a size-able amount of content but it's still unfinished, but that didn't stop me from racking up 100 hours

You suck. His i-frames are absurd, but not so much that you can spam eviscerate willy-nilly and expect to survive. That said, use eviscerate and the dash liberally. Don't save them. Use them both to get out of danger thanks to i-frames. Use your slash, and whirlwind in succession to combo enemies. When fighting golems, slash them and then jump backwards while doing whirlwind to avoid getting clapped. Don't eviscerate into a golem until you know how his Merc's damage scales, otherwise you'll end up eviscerating into a golem, he doesn't die, and then you get clapped. You can solo any boss with getting hit if you use your i-frames properly.
