Shrine of Storms? The black skeletons are tough at first but you get used to them. Penetrator? Got him on my first try. Flamelurker? I think I only died two or three times to him compared to Fume Knight and Pontiff who both took more than a dozen attempts each. Then again, I'm weird. Orphan of Kos and Darkeater Midir only took me three attempts each.

This. I liked DS2's melancholic story and atmosphere the most. DS1 for level design (up until Anor Londo) and DS3 for boss design (DS1's bosses are more memorable particularly because of the way they actually tie in to the story but the mechanics of the boss fights in DS3 are just better overall
