I was being a bit snarky. MGS HD is actually pretty solid overall, BUT it messes up a surprising number of visual effects in MGS3 in particular. People who are familiar with MGS3 play the remaster and start spotting wrong post-processing effects, dodgy particle effects, and a bunch of other stuff wrong with it. It's probably the sloppiest remaster Bluepoint have ever done.

I'm honestly keeping my expectations in check. Especially since most of Konami's talented developers have all since left. I'm expecting it to be underwhelming, like all the rumors seem to suggest. But if it turns out to look good then I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Also, without Nobuya Nakazato overseeing the project I'm wary of how it'll turn out. As he's been involved in some way with most of the best Contra games: Hard Corps, Shattered Soldier, Neo Contra, and Rebirth (He Directed SS and Neo). On a more positive note, there's no possible way it could be worse than the mobile Contra game or the PS1 games.

You can do co op at like level 5 after a new patch

Coop can be played early, but it's better to do it after finishing the story. (it's almost impossible to do normal mission of coop if you aren't level 30 at least, hard is level 45, extreme is level 69)
