Based on Itsuno’s teases, it only entered development after DMC5, like 2 months ago. It’s still ages away, but given Itsuno’s teases and the fact that a Dragon’s Dogma anime is in the works I think it’s safe to say that Capcom are gearing up to push Dragon’s Dogma as the franchise they intended it to be back when they were still shit.

What classes and stuff from DDON do you guys hope makes it in?

Lol. Deep Down was cancelled because COG are racist and lazy, and didn’t want to release a game to a global audience, and would rather no one play the game than let Westerners play it. They were very much against having Korean and Chinese versions of Frontier as well, but Capcom main division seemed to win out in that case and got releases outside Japan. I swear, the head guys at COG must have like footage of Capcom’s CEO throatfucking a 10 year old girl on crystal meth or something, there’s no way they’d get away with dropping Deep Down when it was at the fucking PS4 reveal event and supposed to be the first title on their new engine which never surfaced again until they made another new one for RE.
