MGS1 already has an amazing remake in Twinsnakes. Play that on dolphin and you're fine. MGS2 is on Ps2 that's perfectly fine graphics aswell. Remakes imo are only needed for pre ps2 era games. Everything else just needs remasters.

MG1 and MG2 are pre-PS2 games.

And they're NOT the same thing as MGS1 and MGS2.

We actually have Tomokazu Fukushima to thank for the first 3 mgs games. Tomokazu was the lead writer and ideas guy, even above kojima. He's the reason metal gear had so much supernatural stuff and james bond-like stories.

Then he left after 3 and Kojima took over the whole thing, bringing in all the sci fi/horror elements and thus started it's slow but inevitable death.

Tomokazu Fukushima Did come back to create the acid games which just goes to show how much better of a developer he is than kojima. Shame that those were only for the psp because acid 2 is arguably the best metal gear game ever

Actually, there isn't enough evidence to say that Tomokazu Fukushima's writing had a huge impact on the first 3 MGS games. I for one am in favor of the Fukushima theory, but it's still speculation. I tried looking at the documentaries, but I can't find anything on Fukushima besides the credits. What do you think of the Snake Tales, he wrote and directed them. He also wrote the side stories 'The New York Mirror' and 'In The Darkness of Shadow Moses'
