Both his PB and this run had 1st try Dampe. The time save mostly comes from slight route changes that have happened over the last 6 months. (Getting a graveyard HP early, doing archery stuff differently, might be one or two more)

His last PB was 7 months ago though, and he's been grinding pretty much daily.
He's had the world record for 6 years, but hasn't gotten a personal best since November 27th
He took the category down from over 4 hours to 3:53 over the course of a few months. His 3:53 was trash in a lot of places though. So he thought that with a few route changes, should be free as fuck.
It took him a while. Since he was getting PB's every few weeks, people thought it'd take a month or two.
