They have to do this because they're under contract to make the game on all currently supported platforms. Because the Wii support hasn't been dropped yet they have to make a Wii version until the Wii stops being supported.

The average person in target audience for Just Dance probably hasn't bought a new console since the Wii came out. Plus the Wii version of 2019 was the like the second best selling version of it in the UK, so it's not like people aren't buying it.
