Collectors, mostly. I got the Hollow Knight collectors edition because it was my GOTY last year and I just wanted it on my shelf, and with all the extras.

That's only an issue with LE where it's always a fixed stock. The regular version stock is dependent on how many orders total in the window orders are up so it's impossible to scalp them.

I got an OG N64 copy, so I don’t need a physical game. What I need to know is if it is digital.

Permanence. A physical copy can never disappear from your possession unless it gets lost or stolen by niggers.
10+ years down the line, it'll still be in your possession.
It's something that has actual monetary value instead of being instantly worthless the moment it's purchased.
Also Limited Run usually only releases the finalized or pre-patched copy of games despite what day 1 faggots say.
