Whether or not it's delayed is irrelevant. I think we all know no matter when it releases it's gonna be hot garbage. Which is a shame since New Leaf was a (small) step in the right direction.

It'd a big deal and they know it, if it was delayed they'd have said something prior t e3, theyre not dumb enough to wait until everyone is most excites and all eyes are on the just to delay a game.

Animal Crossing is being rebooted. It's now a gritty life sim set in a dreary city featuring animals, it's basically influenced by the scene in Zootopia when the Rabbit girl first moves to the city and realizes her apartment is shitty.

If you fail to pay your rent, your character is raped. Predator animals have a small chance of robbing or eating your character, forcing you to start over.

If you make it to the end of the game and essentially own the town, you're able to do the raping.

All of these people saying it's delayed are dumb.
If it was delayed they would have said something earlier rather than a giant let down at E3

Hopefully this. Bethesda has gotten it right and been fairly consistent in having their e3 showings (ie not a 10 second trailer) being 6 months or less from release. Squaenix on the other hand has been the complete opposite and all of their games underperform due to too late on the hype train or just release into obscurity

AC always launches in late summer. It's important for gameplay since the game uses RL seasons.

They are gonna lock villagers to pocket camp, all the good ones youll need to play PC to befriend (spend money for) then connect and ask them to move to your village

Xenoblade 2 didn't got delayed and that was the game we all expected to be delayed.

They'll more than likely shoehorn the mobile game into some of its mechanics, like linking the two together to get special items or getting certain characters to move in or something.

They should also add a phone feature. So if a villager moved away, you can still contact them.

I mean, apart from Metroid Prime 4, Nintendo has done pretty well recently with announcements being close to release.
However, that 2019 splash screen looked so bare bones that I fear we might even get a "sorry we can't show it quite yet" situation.
