Uninstall your game and uninstall the plus patch. Reinstall the game and install the patch but DO NOT install the plus patch content, it is extremely low quality and ruins the game. You do not need to fix the 4gb thing because installing the patch fixes all that.

Plus patch mostly adds back cut content, some people are triggered about a couple things but it's mostly fine

Yes try Clan Quest mod, it lets you join sabbat, has a main story where you decide which arch bishop to do quests for and side with, 2 new endings, a full new hub just as big and full as any other hub in the game, lots of brand new modeled characters with full and great voice acting.
