Replay a game

>replay a game
>the tutorial/intro sequence is a hideous sstruggle to go through
What game have some good beginnings you wouldn't mind playing through again? Honestly the very beginnings of games is what usually keeps me from replaying some games

I have never watched evangelion because I somehow didn't really know about it when I did watch anime, Now I don't want to watch anime at all because I've grown to hate every single anime trope, but I still feel I've missed something by not having seen eva. So how watchable would evangelion be for someone who hates anime?

meh. its very anime but at the end they talk about how you shouldnt watch anime but go outside.

I went into Evangelion without watching any other anime beforehand (and with a general dislike of the medium due to weeb shitposters). The series turned my thoughts around completely, plus I rank End of Evangelion as one of my favourite films of all time.

90's anime tends to be better because it doesn't rely on the shitty tropes that much.

Now watch Haruhi.

batman arkham asylum

Give me a quick rundown to convince me to watch it.

Rei's in the first episode though.

evangelion is like the exact opposite of modern anime because literally everybody misinterpreted what eva was trying to put out and began to waifu-size these girls and rip these skin deep interpretations of each characters as archetypes. the characters in eva have nuance and depth and it is a wild ride which has a superb ending in the movie, you should watch it

are the final two episodes worth a watch? i've only seen the film ending

Skyrim's intro was kino and you can't convince me otherwise.

theres a part in the final two episodes which i find to be really nice, the episodes are a more abstract take on the events of the movie which i think is worth viewing. its only 48 minutes in addition to the rest of the show,l; its not gonna kill you.

Satirical deconstruction of generic highschool anime, while simultaneously having informed the last decade of generic highschool anime.

There is very little I can say that wouldn't spoil it aside from that. All I can say is start with episode 00 and be careful of the episode ordering as chronological nets you the climactic ending by episode 6. I think crunchyroll has the correct order.

Really episode 00 is both a gigantic shitpost as well as the best rundown possible.

then this is a perfect chance, Evangelion and the movie End of Evangelion should be the last anime you watch because of Do not bother with the remakes though.
