What little gameplay I saw of it immediately lead me to believe it's some sort of jump climbing game, in similar to doodle jump or the like.
Seeing all the inventory menu strongly leads me to think there's a gatcha element to it, though.

We literally know nothing about the game other than the fact it's mobile which carries a lot of negative baggage and makes me skeptical already. The artstyle has nothing wrong with it other than being a creative change. Keen was always themed to be a saturday morning cartoon hero, though, so it fits.
