They affect your department bonuses, as well as the amount of healing the main rooms do when the meter fills. The more Clerks die in a department the less the bonuses get until they are null, and the healing becomes bog-standard unboosted weak shit.

Good strategy, I recommend at least 8 sets of HE and WAW suits and weapons, and around 2-3 ALEPH sets before resetting to day 1.

For one thing the Qilphoth counter would hit 0. Also your employees with spores on them will be marked as 'out of control' when you select them for works.

Just click him alot and reapeat for a few seconds until his counter goes back to 1 also the tip is kinda wrong: you need to do Insight each two times to make a third, so go Repressionx2 then one Insight

I immediately reset if a WAW/ALEPH gear unit dies regardless. It was a pain in the ass grinding that out of Nothing There, especially since he's so dramatically impacted by the qliphoth overload that you can't work with him on pain of death, lest you risk a poor work result and make him angry.

I had it on fastforward and it was just instant fucking chaos, not even Nothing There made the whole game just shit itself immediately like that.
I just watched as the Third Trumpet immediately activated and sent my lone worker to the shelter to watch Nothing There slaughter all of the HE monoliths.

The buffs on your employees disappear and it advances to the next Qliphoth meltdown level but later on in the game it advances it by a bit more depending on how far in you get, which can sometimes fuck up your day because it speedruns the day closer to Midnight when you don't want it to. Generally, Doc's pretty good for the buffs early on but late-game it can fuck up your Department buffs because it might switch with a higher-risk Abnormality, forcing you to move a few guys to follow up with it, unless you want to spend a bit of time at the start of the day shuffling guys around. Also if you hit Emergency Level 2, he pulls an employee into his room to kiss. which gets pretty annoying late-game because that shit happens regularly and might take out one of your high-tier guys for a bit whilst an Abnormality is going ape.

TL:DR Buff removal, speeds up towards Midnight, wastes time having to shuffle employees, annoying late-game with Emergencies
