You have a certain amount of calories your body burns per day. Often people chalk being skinny or fat up to metabolism and while that plays a factor it’s not as much as you might think. Look up a TDEE calculator and eat your calories and a surplus maybe around 500 calories more. Watch basic bulking videos and start going to the gym.

If you’re doing 200 push-ups a day you aren’t doing good push-ups.
Numbers don’t matter as much as the actual exercise. Drinking a gallon of milk is dumb too. Moderation.

As far as I know, soreness goes away with exercise frequency. One of the sorest and worst I’ve ever felt was my first workout with my friend.

Once you get working out as a part of your routine it becomes much easier user.

As many as you can do until you start to break proper form. Then rest and continue when you can do proper form once more.
This goes for just about any workout.

You're only sore because you don't push your muscles like that regularly enough, it's called Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) if you continue to to work out it stops happening.

It goes away, just repeat once every 3 days for your muscles to recover and you'll have thicc chest & triceps in ~4 years

This is false. Once you reach a certain proficiency it’s more beneficial to change the exercise by using a new variation or adding weight.
