1:Everyone who cares played it already, or is still playing
2:US/western servers are always far behind in updates. Even if they release it with all the content it has now it'll fall behind.
3:US/western servers are always missmanaged, abused by hackers, and generally lose all their players because Sega of America does not care, and Sega of Japan are xenophobic as fuck with previously said content updates.
4:releasing this on Xbox only is a huge mistake, end of story, no matter how many microsoft paid marketers come in to defend it.
