that's the stupidest question ever and only amateur hiring employees ask it either because it's a cookie cutter question sheet they've been given or they don't really know what to ask
i always give a dumb answer on that on purpose, like "because i want to save the world from evil and my first step in my master plan is working here" and don't care if they don't hire me then because it's a useless question, about as useless as personality test applications
like that question is a big red flag for the quality of workers there
