Literally 99% of what's left untranslated is just unimportant flavor text, who gives a shit? All the menus, items, everything gameplay oriented, as well as the entire story mode is translated. Why would anything else matter?

The game is 7 years old and classes have changed massively has time has gone on, best bet is to look up recent youtube videos of the classes you're interested in. You're not locked to a single class so its best to try them all out yourself too.
